layering your {moisturizers}

When it comes to layering your skincare products, a question I get asked all the time is in what order am I supposed to use my moisturizers? Does it even matter? The world of skincare is so confusing so I completely understand this hangup but lucky for you, I have a super simple answer.

chamomile {tea bath}

It’s often hard at the end of the day to completely unwind from the stresses of our day. Personally, I love to relax with a nice cup of tea right before bed; I find it calming and soothing. But for those of you who need a little extra, I recommend taking a chamomile tea bath. You all know how much I love to drink tea, so I’m thrilled to let you know that using tea and essential oils in a bath has endless benefits as well, both cosmetically and spiritually.
